Undoubtably, working at heights is dangerous, with injuries and fatalities over the years leading to strict regulations for anyone working at a height. For Roof Safety Solutions, where there is risk, lies the reward and we pride ourselves on being at the forefront of the industry. Roof Safety Solutions is your premium provider of roof safety systems, including gantries, walkways, static lines and anchor points.

In business for more than a decade, Roof Safety Solutions has been a leader of technology and developments in work safety that have shaped the industry. Our design, manufacture and installation of roof safety systems comply with all Australian Standards and State Codes of Practice. We use Australian-made products and our network of industry associations and contacts give us access to all levels of laboratory and technical assessment or testing. Our mission is to provide our clients with industry leading service and advice, and we are proud to fabricate all of our own ladder systems, cages, platforms and bespoke access solutions right here in Perth. We source quality Australian made aluminium and all designs are engineered to the highest standard. We are able to provide custom solutions for your site which increase safety, efficiency and visual appearance.

Our focus is on the solution, rather than the size and we’re ready to assist your project, big or small.

We have a comprehensive engineering and design team who will assist with the design of superior fall arrest, fall restraint and rope access safety systems. Roof Safety Solutions will work with you to plan, design, manufacture and install the most appropriate and cost-effective roof safety system, fully compliant and meeting or exceeding AS/NZS 1891 and AS 1657. We offer height safety solutions at all stages of the construction process; from initial design and building, right through to completed projects. We not only consult with architects and builders on new projects, we also offer inspections and advice on compliance and remediation for existing buildings.

Roof safety equipment and fall arrest systems save lives and we specialise in height safety compliance auditing and system design. Safe Work Australia, the Australian government statutory body, has developed a set of regulations for working at heights as outlined in the Managing the Risk of Falls at Workplaces Code of Practice. The code of practice requires roof safety certification must be completed by a qualified person prior to a roof safety system being used for the first time, and re-certification is required periodically (every 6 months in Western Australia) to ensure the system remains compliant, and also works effectively in the event that someone falls. One of the main issues we see in the industry is the inconsistency of advice. We don’t just offer an opinion, we provide a solution which is compliant and meets Legislation, Regulations, Codes of Practice’ and Standards. If you’re unsure as to whether your roof safety or fall arrest systems are adequate, we can provide an inspection and advice on whether or not your systems comply with the codes of practice.
